FIFTEEN players will miss the last week of action due to suspension as the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League season comes to an end on Sunday.
The players have picked up three yellow cards each and a red card.
Heavily affected will be championship chasing sides Harare City and Dynamos who will miss two key players although Dynamos might have three depending on the outcome of the Partson Jaure hearing which is set for tomorrow in the capital.
Harare City, who pummelled Highlanders into submission, drilling four goals without reply past Munyaradzi Diya, will be without livewire Silas Songani and holding midfielder Crispen Dickson when they take on Caps United at the National Sports Stadium.
Makepekepe will be without Leonard Fiyado. Dickson and Songani were heavily involved in the execution of Highlanders, weighing in with a goal each with Dickson even affording the luxury of missing a penalty.
Harare giants Dynamos will be without Steven Alimenda who has three yellow cards and Oscar Machapa who was shown red after the end of their match against Chicken Inn at Barbourfields Stadium on Sunday.
DeMbare play host to Black Mambas who will be missing influential skipper Innocent Nyoni.
“Please note that the player(s) listed hereunder have each accumulated three (3) yellow cards and will be suspended for one match respectively.
The said player(s) shall not participate in their club’s week 30 round of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League matches scheduled for the 24th November 2013,” wrote Elisha Mandireva, the PSL’s competitions manager.
Relegated Motor Action will be without Godfrey Moyo and Clive Sibanda for their farewell match against Hwange at the Colliery Stadium.
Hwange will have to make do without Phakamani Dube and Soccer Star of the Year finalist favourite David Boriwondo.
