20 authors fight for Intwasa Short Story Competition award

INTWASA has released the final shortlist of authors who submitted their short stories for the Intwasa Short Story Competition 2021.

20 authors are left battling it out for the top award.

Announcing on Twitter, Intwasa said, “After months of reviewing the short stories submitted by writers across the country, we finally have our shortlist. A total of 198 entries were received & US$300 is up for grabs.”

Among the authors to have made it to the final shortlist are Tawanda Vombo, Kudzai Mhangwa, Zibusiso Mpofu, Ryan McEnery Timothy and Dalubuhle Moyo just to name a few.

Entries for stories were closed on the 2oth of August 2021 and the winner will be announced next week Monday. – @eMKlass_49
