Today at midnight, the world, Zimbabwe included, will be saying goodbye to 2011. Many people will today be travelling to different destinations to celebrate the New Year.
Those who work in urban areas will be joining or have already joined their families in the rural areas while the more affluent families are heading to the different tourist destinations to enjoy themselves as they welcome the New Year.
PSL fixtures delay likely

THE Castle Lager Premier Soccer League is still waiting for the Zifa 2012 calendar of events before it releases its fixtures for the forthcoming season, PSL chief executive officer Kennedy Ndebele has said.
Ndebele said his counterpart at Zifa, Jonathan Mashingaidze, promised to get back to him on Tuesday next week.

DYNAMOS coach Callisto Pasuwa has revealed that he cannot wait for the new season to start after he was unveiled as the substantive coach of the Glamour Boys in Harare yesterday.
Pasuwa who led the club to a league and cup double in the last season finally put pen to paper after agreeing to a three-year deal in a development that effectively closed the chapter in a tumultuous month for the club.
