MOST heads and School Development Associations are allegedly looting levies by generating invoices with inflated prices of goods and learning materials they buy.
Zimbabwe Schools Development Associations and Committees president Mr Claudio Mutasa yesterday said some school administrators also use fake quotations.

The association monitors the operations of SDCs countrywide to ensure accountability in the administration of funds.
