Council seeks to resume control of thermal power station
Chronicle ReporterTHE Bulawayo City Council is considering the use of alternative energy in the face of a ballooning Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority bill.
Councillors have also called on the Government to return control of electricity generation to the local authority.
The local authority owes the power utility about $20 million.
