Politburo to meet over Ncube’s hero status

THE Zanu-PF Politburo will meet today to, among other issues, discuss the hero status of the party’s late deputy secretary for administration and veteran politician, Cde Edson Ncube, who died on Sunday morning at Mpilo Central Hospital.

He succumbed to anaemia.

Addressing about 200 mourners at Cde Ncube’s home in Mpopoma suburb, Vice-President Landa John Nkomo said the party would discuss Cde Ncube’s hero status today.
