Manica Board gets US$10m boost

THE recapitalisation of Manica Board has begun, following an injection of US$10 million to finance a new plant and the refurbishment of existing facilities.
PG Industries, a 28 percent shareholder in the Mutare-based diversified wood products manufacturer, told shareholders at an annual general meeting last week that the plant would be commissioned in the third quarter of this year.
