THE policeman who was shot in the chest by a businessman at Jotsholo in Lupane District yesterday successfully underwent an operation at Mpilo Central Hospital to remove the bullet.
Constable Wisdom Matupire was on Monday last week shot at Mateteni Business Centre allegedly by Danis David Konson (60).
Konson allegedly also shot and killed his ex-girlfriend, Siphathisiwe Ncube (27) who ditched him and married another man.
Chronicle visited Cst Matupire at his hospital bed and found him calm.
