74-year-old jailed for rape
Court ReporterA 74-year-old Chitungwiza man will spend the next eight years in jail for assaulting his wife’s 12-year-old niece, forcing her to give him oral sex and raping her.
The man had denied both charges of rape and aggravated indecent assault when his trial opened before Chitungwiza regional magistrate Ms Estere Chivasa.
