A bid by a Harare man to find change from a street vendor turned the wheels of fortune in his favour when he bagged the US$50 000 state lottery grand prize yesterday.
Mr Pearson Ngarande, a teacher at Kudzanayi Government Primary School in Highfield, was overwhelmed with joy when he was handed a US$50 000 cheque at the State Lotteries
