DUNAMIS with Dr Bishop Manjoro
One of the key elements of life that determines the outcome of things is speed. It determines who gets where and who gets what in life.
Natural history speaks volumes of how man has strived from time to time to enhance speed in all s/he does. It has led to the evolution of much technology. Scotchcarts, powerful instruments of speed in their day, have since been overtaken by today’s cars and planes.
In like manner, in the things of God there is speed also. 2014 is your year of supernatural speed!
Time to move with the speed of scotchcarts drawn by donkeys and cows is over! This is a new season in the spirit. Speed is coming your way!
In your health, family, finances, spiritual life and all areas, divine acceleration, the speed of God is about to take over!
Read on and discover how you can maximise in this season and get the best out of 2014, the year of supernatural speed.
“And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain. So Ahab went up to eat and to drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees, And he said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again seven times.
“And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not. And it came to pass in the mean while, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a great rain. And Ahab rode and went toJezreel.
“And the hand of the Lord was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel” (1 Kings 18:41).
This is the powerful story of the prophet Elijah from the Bible. He told King Ahab to prepare his chariot for he had (spiritually) heard a sound of abundance of rain because his servant had seen a little cloud rising from the sea.
Great rain came and Ahab rode in his chariot to Jezreel. What about Elijah then? How was he to travel to evade the heavy rains?
Ever wondered in your life how you were going to make it in your health, writhing and struggling with pain? How you are going to pay huge bills, mend broken families and torn marriages?
Ever looked at people you went to school with, or neighbours and workmates, and see them “up there”? And wondered, will I ever also rise and make it? Will I get there?
Be encouraged. 2014 is your year. You shall move in supernatural speed.
What then was Elijah going to do that which you also can learn, partake and use to tap into this supernatural power?
Number one, to operate in supernatural speed you need exposure. When you don’t see anybody or anything challenging you, you will think that nothing is happening.
You need to align yourself with people with speed of fast cars not of scotch- cart speed.
2014 we move with supernatural speed. You are not a scotchcart! You are not drawn by donkeys or cows No, no, no. You are filled by the Holy Ghost. You carry something in you and you are different.
Have you ever seen a donkey race anywhere in the world? No. We only have horse races because of the speed factor. A race is all about speed.
The time has come and the time is now. If you thought you would never fast, cast out a devil, heal the sick, or get successful in anything, this is your time.
Whatever you set your hand on or touch shall prosper. Even if it’s a tuck- shop or you are selling washing powder, it will prosper. Hallelujah!
Elijah was exposed to God’s ability and power. He was devoted to prayer and spent time with God before declaring his words to Ahab. Seven times he prayed.
We also saw how Jesus came to reveal God to the world although some resisted him.
In 2014 don’t be one of those who resist the word. No.
Interestingly, do you know why we don’t hear much of Jesus in the first 30 years of his life? O Hallelujah. He was being exposed. John said we beheld his glory. It’s also a season of revelation.
Don’t just hear but “behold”.
Jesus started by revealing ways of doing supernatural things of God.
At Cana with his mother and his disciples, Jesus manifested the glory of God by revealing the supernatural speed of God. Wine had run out and his mother said they have no wine.
Woman, “what have I to do with this?” He asked, yet he commanded, “Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim” (John 2:7).
Take note, they filled waterpots with water not grapes! And were instructed to draw out some and go give to the governor (MC) of the wedding to taste. O hallelujah.
As the servants were going with the cup to the governor, production of wine was taking place. Between the jar and the governor of the function there was supernatural manufacturing!
What takes many days within seconds was done there.
Friend, your situation is not too hard for God! Believe and take his word for your life in 2014, a year of supernatural speed.
The wine was also not poor grade by any standard, No! The governor was surprised and asked, ‘where did you get this wine?’ It was better than the first wine. What does it mean?
What God does with supernatural speed is better than what someone struggles for, for years.
What others did in past years will be surpassed by what will happen this 2014.
Some things were started 10 years ago but have now faded. Yours shall not fade O hallelujah! 2014 supernatural speed is yours and now is the time.
You need to shake yourself and say, “I’m not nothing; I’m something . . . I’m not a nobody; but I am somebody. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!” O hallelujah!
It means you can start a business anywhere and sell anything and it works out and prospers.
In Kings we see Elijah due to exposure to God, his ability and power, gird his loins and run at supernatural speed, overtaking Ahab, who was in his chariot, (royal horses running fast).
Despite the speed of the horses, Elijah, caught up with them and overtook the chariot!
2014 – Your year of Supernatural Speed. You will catch up and overtake what went ahead of you.
For with God all things are possible. — (Mark 10:27).
