ED commissions police vehicles
President Mnangagwa yesterday commissioned 40 vehicles, the first batch from the 107 that have been bought to enhance the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP)’s operations. The vehicles, comprising 35 pick-up trucks and five lorries, were commissioned at Morris Depot after the Presidential Graduation Parade.
Church urged to unite nation
The church should play a role in national consensus building and ensure that there is political tolerance among politicians, Speaker of the National Assembly, Advocate Jacob Mudenda, has said. He said the church should be bold enough to bring politicians together so that political differences are narrowed.

Outgoing Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education Secretary Dr Sylvia Utete-Masango has urged aid organisations to direct their initiatives towards appropriate areas. Dr Masango urged civic society organisations in education to involve Government in their planning processes through the ministry to avoid duplicity.
