THE 2022 version of the track Vuka Plumtree was released on Saturday as artistes from the border town soldier on to make their names known beyond the Plumtree town.
An array of artistes are part of the mixed-genre production and these are Demoe Rose, Ice Eszy, Croft BRKAY, Teekay Mxoexic, C4, Man Q (TWT), R.S, Babongile Sibanda and Thabo (Poet).
Said Toundtainment director Handy: “We decided to record Vuka Plumtree 2022 on the backdrop of last year’s project. The only missing artiste on this year’s edition is Tsibi who was held up with work commitments. Once again, the artistes came together to help shine a light on Plumtree’s talent.
“My goal is that we do this project every year. Even if I’ll be gone, I hope that someone carries it forward because we have so many talented artistes who I believe don’t get an opportunity to shine and to bring attention to Plumtree that we have talented individuals.”
