A diverse group of women from across the nation today converged at a local hotel for the 2025 Motivate Women’s Forum Leadership Conference aimed at empowering women to reach new heights in their careers.
Running under the theme “Innovation, Elevation, Celebrate”, the forum aims to recognise women’s achievements and provide tools for future growth.
Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Minister Monica Mutsvangwa is the guest of honour.
Other notable figures present include Chief Director in the Ministry of Women Affairs, Ms Lilian Takaendesa, motivational speaker Mr Arthur Marara, and entrepreneurship expert Dr Tinashe Manzungu, among others.
In her opening remarks, Motivate Women’s Forum president, Ms Karen Gondo implored women to unite.
She said behind every woman’s success is a good network.
“Today, we come together with important objectives – to share insights, foster collaboration, and strengthen our community,” she said.
“This meeting serves as a vital platform for us to connect, learn from one another, and explore ways to uplift and empower women in our society.”
