Three hundred and one student teachers graduated with diplomas in Education at Nyadire Teachers’College today.
The new teachers were challenged to use acquired skills to transform themselves and their communities.
Higher and Tertiary Education, Innovation Science and Technology Development Minister, Professor Amon Murwira officiated at the college’s 2023 graduation ceremony.
Of the total, 250 are female.
The ceremony was held under the theme “The 21st Century Educator: A crucial.component for innovation, industrialisation and economic advancement.”
“We urge you to lead the movement that will transform the lives of our people. Innovation remains key in overcoming challenges and exploiting opportunities that may come your way,” Prof Murwira said.
