The four were convicted on their own pleas of guilt. The court heard that on April 22 this year the four arrived at Chirundu One Stop Border Post on their way to South Africa.
Although the four had valid passports, immigration officials at the border post denied them entry into Zimbabwe because they had no South African visas.
Around 6pm during the same day, police patrolling the border post arrested them after they had used an undesignated port of entry to cross into the country.
The four claimed they wanted to see a friend in Harare.
Nadunga was fined US$90 or 10 days in jail, Walugembe US$50 or 10 days in jail, Womavingo US$75 or 15 days in jail while Amis was fined US$80 or 20 days in jail.
Mr Matare also ruled that all the four be deported to Uganda.
