A theory against national security

destroying the principles, values and ethics of a people.
Violence means unlawful exercise of physical force.  When the two (bribe violence) are combined the meaning becomes atrocious. The meaning of the two combined words is thus a corrupt process aimed at falsifying the outcome of an activity.

Bribe violence is caused when sponsors give money or services to individuals, groups, executives or government to unleash violence.
This writer strongly views General Martin Chedondo’s commentaries on new ways of army recruitment as ethically aimed at strengthening the Pan-African philosophy of militarism which does not distinguish the military from the people. It was also responding to the right of Zimbabweans to be employed in the military, regardless of their height and education.

Never mind its rubbishing by the private media, it is a fundamental right that will yield positive results. The African philosophy of militarism embraces a symbiotic relationship between the military and the people.
Abillah Omari opines that in African militarism, security institutions give protection to the king and the people. The king and the people give guidance to the military.

Omari further opines that the recruitment of a military force must be centred on the geographic spread of a nation’s districts, which was what General Chedondo clearly emphasised in his commentaries that, unfortunately, were wantonly interpreted by the private media.
The non-distinction of the military from the people, is a contemporary thinking of the Marxist philosophers. The same philosophy can be traced back in our history of kings and chiefs (Madzimambo).

In the days of the chiefs and kings, the military (Impis) protected both the king and the kingdom.  During peace time, the military (impis), were involved in social duties like growing food, building houses and hunting. During times of war the military took up arms and fought against the enemy. People provided information and the necessary logistics to the military which resulted in enhancing and developing symbiotic relationship between the military and the people.

The problem only arose when the sponsor (Anglo-Saxons), came with the bribe violence theory that created a divide and rule scenario. People were either fooled or bribed to think otherwise, giving room for bribe violence. Imagine what happened to King Mzilikazi when sugar was used for bribe violence. Dear reader, imagine what happened to Chief Chingaira when people were given services to disclose the cave in which he was hiding which resulted in him being beheaded. Fellow

Zimbabweans, can you see the effects of bribe violence that was so devastating.
This concept, has been employed in many countries by the West. The tragedy is that many people continue to embrace this treacherous concept the West employs to divide and rule various weak small nations like Zimbabwe. Words like governance, democracy, human rights are used and civic organisations are funded to bribe people to behave in a manner that produces falsified results.

The same sponsors (Anglo-Saxons) through massive and repeated media propaganda then give the falsehoods. The falsehoods are easily viewed as true facts since they will be emitted by eminent bribe persons who expertly use the sponsor’s funds for the sponsor’s interests. Imagine in Chiadzwa, Maguwu spreading falsehoods that there were mass graves in which thousands of people were killed by state agencies. The falsehoods were then used to create a false scenario that Zimbabwe diamonds were bloody. This writer met Maguwu at SAPES and he confided in one doctor that he was doing that for a living.

The questions that arise are: Should government agencies leave Maguwu deliberately destroying the sell of diamonds through falsehoods and if arrested should the arrest be viewed as selective and inhuman?

Imagine an MDC-T activist, involved in an adulterous act in Bikita, which resulted in him getting thoroughly beaten by the husband of the immoral woman, claims that he was a victim of Zanu-PF violence.

Worse still, both parties hail from the same party (MDC-T), but the immoral ones accused their colleagues in the MDC-T as Zanu PF supporters in order to get attention from the Anglo-Saxons. Fellow Zimbabweans, these are the effects of bribe violence that affected even our economy through sanctions.
How long are the police going to remain catholic about these traitors, for if they effect arrests there will be loud cries about violation of human rights? Is receiving bribe money not a violation of human rights? Unfortunately, it is the human rights and NGOs that are using money to bribe people to produce falsehoods.

In 2008, civic organisations went on a rampage splashing millions of money which resulted in bribe violence. ZESN recruited and sponsored some civil servants to engage in bribe violence. People like Maguwu lied through the altar of their teeth in order to enhance bribe violence. Many Zimbabweans were promised “heaven on earth” if ever they voted for the MDCs but have never seen the “heaven on earth” as of today.

MDC youths were sponsored with money and beer to engage in bribe violence but have remained poor till this day. Fellow citizens, you must understand that bribe violence is a promise made to create a cacophonic situation to profit the sponsor (Anglo-Saxon). The sponsor gains profit by way of supporting a puppet or intervening militarily as what happened in Libya, Cote d’Ivoire and is happening in Syria, Yemen and Bahrain.

The security of any nation is the province of the Security Institutions (SIs) namely the Army, Airforce, Police, Prison Service and CIO. Their mandate is to fight against bribe violence and to protect the country.  The need to fight against bribe violence and protection of the citizens cannot be over emphasised as it is fundamental.

Bribe violence aims at violating tenets of good governance and human behaviours resulting in loss of lives. The casualties, in my view, would be those who accept bribes to cause bribe violence.  The causalities would be those nationals who engage in activities that threaten the security of fellow citizens.

Imagine some people were maimed during the liberation of this country; some died. Would it be proper for government agencies to stand watching whilst people get bribed to turn the state into neo-colonialism? What would those who liberated this country do if they come to know that so and so has received a bribe to cause bribe violence?

What would you do if you were in their shoes charged with the task of safeguarding the country and to ensure peace prevails?  How would you regard any politician who rubbishes his country whilst in foreign land and deliberately ask some powerful nations to impose illegal economic sanctions?  Would you respect a leader who deliberately makes the nation insecure; makes institutions ineffective and inefficient and later blames them for bad performance and poor productivity?  Hezvo veZimbabwe pane zvamurikuonawo here seni?

When General Nyikayaramba commented that the PM was a security threat he was raising security issues that emanate from western sponsored bribe violence.
In China, Russia, Britain and America, just to mention a few, it is the SIs that are mandated with raising concerns about security issues.  In these countries, the president must be security cleared by SIs and if he is not security cleared that’s when people hear of assassinations.  Sun Tsu said, “The state is as strong as its generals.”  For the Generals to be strong and protect the state they must understand both tenets of security and politics.  The Russian Armed Forces Commander said “if NATO deploys its Missile Defence System in Europe, the Russian Armed Forces would do pre-emptive strike”.

It means the Russian General understands the security concerns of his country and knows when to comment and give an effective statement that guarantees Russians’ peace and security.  People must understand that democracy, rule of law, rights and governance are not overrides of security peace and sovereignty.
As people exercise their rights, care must be taken not to violate issues of security and peace of other citizens. Protection of the rights of citizens is fundamental.

America protects its citizens against prosecution by the International Criminal Court. Thus, it is the duty of any nation to protect its citizens’ lives against any form of violence.  People must know the extent to which they exercise their rights without causing bribe violence.
So, Zimbabweans, you are advised not to engage in bribe violence or any activity deemed to threaten peace and security for you would be a casualty of a deliberate move.  Remember democracy is practiced within the confines of the laws of the land anywhere in the world.  Veduwee svinurai!
