A TWENTY-ONE-YEAR-OLD entrepreneur has created a manual called ‘Code Earth Estate’ for people of all financial backgrounds to invest in real estate.
Keith Nyereyemhuka feels real estate has always been a playground for the elite and the wealthy, leaving the underprivileged without options to own multiple properties.
The Code Earth Estate system comes is meant to remove long-standing myths about the age a person can be in charge of property or even buy it.
“l had to be an incremental innovator to create a new opportunity for the Zimbabwean people and even those around the whole continent of Africa.
“The real opportunity in this process of innovation is designed to start with the need, not the solution.
“There is a rising need for owning property, but a few have the financial muscle to achieve this dream and unlike newer technologies, the real estate industry might never reach an Oppenheimer moment.”
He added:
“There has been bigger technology on the commercial side than we have seen on the residential side.
“What my innovative hand stretched for was removing unnecessary barriers.
“It’s about getting everybody involved, whether from the lower or middle class. This in return creates legacies for anybody who utilises this innovation right.
“In the real estate industry, the builder, the broker and the buyer still need to be connected. Code Earth Estates fixes that solution.”
