Accessing Gates

GREETINGS beloved nation, in the name of Jesus Christ. Last week, we discussed gates and doors offering definitions that highlighted their significance. We stated that a gate is “an opening in a wall or fence, a means of entrance or exit, a barrier through which entry is either closed or opened.”

We also noted that every territory has its gates and that the destinies of individuals are intertwined with these gates and doors. While you may be living a physical life on earth, it’s possible that the spiritual gates to your life remain shut. I pray that God teaches us the mysteries of gates and doors, so we may begin to rule over our spiritual adversaries.

Many individuals have been striving to achieve various goals for years, often unaware that a gate or door stands between them and their breakthroughs. These gates can hinder access to territories, resources and people who are meant to bring prosperity into our lives. Today, through angelic ministry, God will assist us in activating certain doors in our lives.

In Acts 12:10, we read: “When they had passed the first and the second guard posts, they came to the iron gate that leads to the city, which opened to them of its own accord; and they went out and went down one street, and immediately the angel departed from him.”

This passage discusses an iron gate leading to the city, symbolising impossibilities – a hard gate to breach. Every city in the world has gates fortified by demonic spirits that obstruct God’s children from accessing resources, territories and people.

The Bible indicates that this gate opened of its own accord, facilitated by angelic assistance that helped Peter enter the city. If you find yourself in business or ministry and struggling to gain access, it may be due to this closed gate. I pray that, by the ministry of angels, this iron gate opens for you, enabling your business to thrive and flourish.

Some individuals may wish to support your endeavours, but this iron gate is blocking your connection to them. By the precious blood of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, I declare that this gate is opening for you.

Whether you are a man or woman of God, may this city gate open for you effortlessly. I have heard many say that Bulawayo is a hard city, largely due to this iron gate. However, I bring you good news: God is breaking down every iron gate that stands before you. As you read this article, you are gaining access to people in your city. No matter where you are in the world, you will access resources in the name of Jesus.

Luke 11:10 assures us: “For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks, it shall be opened.” These gates can open for everyone.

Isaiah 45:1-2 states: “Thus saith the Lord to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held, to subdue nations before him, and I will lose the loins of kings, to open before him the two-leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut. I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of brass and cut asunder the bars of iron.”

God promised Cyrus that He would open two gates before him that would never be shut. These gates represent the good things destined to open in your life continuously, allowing the wealth of nations to flow. May these gates be opened for our nation and cities, so we can receive favour and blessings. Let these gates remain closed to negativity, illness, misfortune and bad luck. When someone claims to experience bad luck, it often results from closed doors or gates. Common patterns of closed gates include pain, delay, regression and disfavour. I declare that the gates of your life are shutting against these negative spirits that mock your faith.

Every gate has its watchers and gatekeepers. These gatekeepers block any divine helpers attempting to reach you, while watchers monitor your progress and collaborate with territorial spirits to alert them when something good is about to happen in your life. This explains why some people face sudden obstacles just as they near a breakthrough.

We bind and blind the watchers in the name of Jesus so that they cannot see your elevation and advancement. If you are not born again, these mysteries of accessing gates and doors will not work for you. I invite you to receive Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour. Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that He is your Lord and Saviour and you shall be saved.
