Acting President Chiwenga to lead burial of late Brigadier General Ndabambi at National Heroes Acre

THIS morning, Acting President Dr Constantino Chiwenga will preside over the burial of the late Brigadier General (Rtd) Shadreck Dingaan Ndabambi at the National Heroes Acre.


The ceremony is set to honour Ndabambi’s contributions to the liberation struggle and his service to the nation.

Brigadier General Ndabambi, who passed away last week at the age of 75, was a prominent figure in Zimbabwe’s military history.


He served with distinction during the Second Chimurenga, the liberation war against colonial rule, and later held various senior positions in the Zimbabwe Defence Forces. His leadership and dedication earned him respect both within the military and among the civilian population.
