Africa: Over 253 Million Covid-19 Vaccinations Administered Across Continent

As of March 8, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 11,273,204 while over 253,338,999 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached 249,384 and 10,433,797 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases of   3,685,120   and 99,609   people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (1,161,698 ), Tunisia (  1,005,804 ), Libya (  498,453   ), Egypt (  491,892 ), Ethiopia (  469,007 ), and Kenya ( 323,094 ).- All Africa
