Sungura musician Alick Macheso, gospel musician Dorcas Moyo and the duo men of the moment, Jnr Spragga and Sugar Sugar, are set to be part of a history-making event as they are billed to perform at the inaugural Munhumutapa Day musical gala set for tomorrow at Mvurwi Stadium.
Baba Shero will also be joined on stage by Botswana’s Vee Mapenzy, Sulumani Chimbetu, Freeman, Enzo Ishall, Killer T, the Charambas, Mathias Mhere, Chief Hwenje, Peter Moyo, Seh Calaz, Onismo, Jah Promo, Andy Muridzo, Ndunge Yut, Iyasa, Mavusani and Sandra Ndebele, among others.
This promises to be an exciting night of celebration as the line-up is filled with artistes riding high on successful careers, chief among them Jnr Spragga, whose hit track ‘Daka’ is being played widely across the country.
Sugar Sugar is also living his best moments as his track ‘Todya Mudododo’ is enjoying great airplay.
