All Africa Golf Team Championships set for next week

THE official launch of the 2024 All Africa Golf Team Championship (AAGTC) and the Legacy Golf Tournament is scheduled to take place next Friday at Bulawayo Golf Club.

Bulawayo Golf Club is set to be the host for the biggest amateur national golf team championship in Africa and the Zimbabwe Golf Association (ZGA) has invited its various stakeholders to participate in the official launch and the legacy golf tournament.

“The All Africa Golf Team Championship 2024 presents a significant opportunity for stakeholders to enhance their marketing and brand visibility. As a premier golfing event in Africa, it provides a platform for showcasing excellence and fostering connections within the golfing community,” read an invitation letter from ZGA administrator, Tirivashe Nheweyembwa.

Participation fee for the legacy golf tournament is pegged at US$200 per four-ball and will cover green fees. The format of the legacy tournament is the individual stable ford.  The AAGTC is scheduled for October 27 to November 2 at Bulawayo Golf Club. – @brandon_malvin
