KUDA “Take Money” Chiwandire has finally arrived in Mexico for her World Boxing Council  Super Bantamweight  gold title against Yamileth Mercado in Chihuahua tomorrow. 

The single mother of three stands on the threshold of glory which could be the best present for all Zimbabwean women during this Women’s Month.

The 26-year-old earned her chance after beating Zulina Munoz of Mexico in a WBC Super Bantamweight interim title fight at the HICC last year.

Chiwandire said she is using her talent to inspire all the hopeless women. 

“I’m blessed to be in this position because at one point it never crossed my mind that I could be here representing the country at this level.

“I have not come this far to lose this bout in Mexico.”
