ZIM dancehall star, Quonfuzed, has hailed fellow musician Freeman for helping him in his music career.
He said he cannot talk about his career without mentioning Freeman.
“Our Story stretches back to 2011 during the Joina City hit era,” he wrote on his social media handles.
“Every now and then, I always try to acknowledge the fact that after we worked on a couple of songs together back then, it really helped me boost my career as far as getting recognition and respect in the Zimbabwean music industry as a professional musician.”
He said he has a lot of respect for Freeman.
“Some of you call him Freeman, Sly, HKD Boss, 5 Star Gallis, DanceHall Doctor, but I call him King.
“One important thing that I respect about this guy is the fact that he has remained real and humble to me over the years.
“He is so approachable that he will always text back or call back despite the amount of fame and achievements he has had over the years.
“This is just me giving the guy his flowers for being who he is and also being one of the most consistent musicians of my time while we are both still here.
“I am also proud to announce that we are both in the Zimbabwe top 3 YouTube trending musicians.
“This year we will be joining forces to bring you guys something new and exclusive.”
