All set for A-list party

All is set for Solomon’s Lifestyle Café in Glen View, Harare, relaunch party tonight dubbed ‘Refusion Xperience which will see top local celebrities and socialites attending.

The event which the organisers have described it as a “red carpet affair”, will see celebrities include Genius Kadungure (Ginimbi), Pokello, Boss Spencer, Simba Bodyslam, Chief J, Cynthia Bizure-Sithole and musician Cindy Munyavi among others gracing the red carpet.

In an interview with The Herald Arts, Solomon’s Lifestyle Café public relations manager Alexio ‘Goodchild’  Gwenzi said all is set tonight for the fashion, food and music meet the celebrity showcase.

“I am happy with the confirmation that we have received so far from the, who is who if Harare from business to fashion sector. It is a red carpet affair hence guests including celebrities should come dressed for the event,” he said.

Goodchild said those in attendance will have an opportunity to have an insight on some of the exciting weekly program.

“Guests will receive VIP hosting from our team. It is also an opportunity to network, despite people thinking we can’t have A-listers in the ghetto,” he said.

He said the red carpet will start at 6pm prompt with Harare’s rising disc jockeys who include Switch, Arz and P Nut added on the entertainment list as they are also expected to prove their mantle on decks.

Goodchild added that they want to position themselves as township tourist attraction centre where tourists can also come and enjoy our Zimbabwean traditional dishes and dances.
