ALL SET FOR BANDS, DJs BATTLE

REVELLERS are in for a big treat on October 1 when top music acts square off against disc jockeys at Hunyani Hills Hotel, Lake Chivero.

Dubbed ‘Bands vs Djs,’ the event will be staging its second edition.

It features top entertainers like Tocky Vibes going against Etherton Beenie with Garry B, Feli Nandi versus Raydizz, Shaback band versus Judgement Yard, Voltz JT versus King Her and Van Choga versus Westwood Sound.

Radio personality Phathisani Sibanda, emcee Big Dollar and DJ Hush, are also part of the line-up.

Speaking to H-Metro, Tamba Events boss, Nigel Chinovhiringa, said:

“The return of Bands versus Djs is bigger and better this time around.

“After hosting the first edition last year in November, we are glad to announce the return of the event come the first of October.

“It’s an event that was well received last year and promises to be bigger and better this year.

“We are working to the best ability to deliver a top event that entertains the family and the general outgoing people.

“It’s summer time, so we encourage people to come during the early hours of the afternoon to enjoy the afternoon activities, which will be taking place.

“We are proud to be hosting this event at Lake Chivero, as we are in a bid to also promote local tourism.

“Some are not familiar with the place and we encourage them to attend such events and get to see some of our beautiful destinations.”
