SOUTH African kwaito star L’vovo Derango (real name Thokozani Ndlovu) is expected to land at Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport this afternoon for a date with Bulawayo fans.
The Palesa hitmaker is coming to perform at Stop Over Bar where Bulawayo artistes Qeqeshiwe Mntambo and rising group Amigos will warm up the stage for him.
In an interview yesterday, one of the promoters of the event, Vusumuzi Siqalaba said Teddy Bear as the artiste is affectionately known by his fans, would spend time with fans before the show.

“After his arrival, Teddy Bear will walk around places like the Bulawayo Centre and Haddon and Sly to meet fans and take photos,” he said.
Siqalaba said the Inamandla hitmaker was upbeat about his performance in the city.

“He was last in the city two years ago and he is geared up to perform with the local acts. Qeqe who impressed at the Kalawa homecoming party will be joined on stage by a talented group called Amigos,” said Siqalaba.

Qeqe also promised to do her best at the show today.
“I promise nothing but the best. I have three tracks that I am singing, namely Hlanyis’ umoya, a Sitshangane song called Rabeangobvu and Phuma kim,” she said.
