SUNGURA musician, Gift “Case” Amuli, hardly disappoints in Kadoma and Chegutu.

The Zvishavane Sounds band leader is a regular performer in the City of Gold and Chegutu.

Last weekend, he performed at MacSherp Shopping Complex in Kadoma and Messina Bar near Chegutu.

Both locations are situated along the Harare-Bulawayo highway.

The two business complexes are owned and run by businessman, Jimayi Muduvuri.

Amuli is no stranger to both venues as he has performed there before.

As usual, he enjoyed the hospitality provided by MacSherp resident musician Fidza Matsveru, who has proved a strong force to reckon within the sungura music genre.

On stage, it was a different story altogether as the two tried their best to outsmart each other before ecstatic fans.

Amuli is popular for his hit songs, which include Mai Vevana, Daka Renyu, Donhodzo, Bhora Mberi, and YeRent, which catapulted him to the top among sungura crooners.

Muduvuri is making efforts to empower musicians and bring their sound to the multitudes of fans in this part of the country.

The philanthropist is renowned for helping out the needy and has extended the same benevolence to musicians from all corners of the country.

Each week, different musicians take turns to entertain people with Muduvuri footing the bills.
