“Andy is one of the best performers so far and we are happy that he will be sharing stage with some of these top DJs for that noble event,” Contemporary musician Andy Muridzo partners with local radio DJs for a show at Café B5 in Budiriro 5 tomorrow. Muridzo share the stage with DJs Scott, Butterfly and Squilla for a show themed “celebrating the record of nonstop of broadcasting”.It was organised to salute the record set by the three DJs when they were on air for 30 hours non-stop on May 25.
Muridzo is doing well with his album “Ngarizhambe” that is proving popular by each day.
The album has songs “Dherira” and “Chidhafudhunda” that are being played in most public places.
Organiser of the event said they were excited to celebrate with the DJs.
“Andy is one of the best performers so far and we are happy that he will be sharing stage with some of these top DJs for that noble event,” he said.
He said they have been getting more requests from people asking for the young man to come and perform at the venue.
“We are simply acting upon our patrons request to have the young musician perform at the venue. His music has been accepted by the society.”
Muridzo said he was looking forward to share stage with the top DJs in the country.
“It is my wish as musician to share stage with most respected DJs and we are looking forward to the show. This shows we are heading somewhere as a group,” he said.
“We are trying to have a brand that entertain people give them the best when it comes to music.”
