ANOTHER Facebook influencer has been dragged to court accused of cyber bullying comedienne Mai TT.
Freddy Mutandwa, who is also known as Swagger STFZ Nation, appeared before magistrate Dennis Mangosi who released him on US$100 bail.
He was ordered not to interfere with witnesses until the matter is resolved as part of his bail conditions.
The court heard that on Friday, Mutandwa unlawfully and intentionally, by means of a computer or information system made available, broadcast and distributed data on Facebook accusing Mai TT of being a fraudster.
He allegedly also shouted obscenities on the live video intending to cause Mai TT psychological and economic harm.
Mutandwa was arrested in Mai TT’s shop.
He has a following of 81 000 users on Facebook.
This is not the first time that Mai TT has dragged Facebook influencers to court.
In June 2022, Moreblessing Evidence Jiri, who runs a Facebook page by the name Evidence Chihera, was dragged to court after she allegedly posted a live video of herself on her page insulting Mai TT’s children.
Mai TT claimed the live video was done with intention to harass, bully, or cause substantial emotional distress to her.
She reported the case to the police leading to Jiri’s arrest.
Currently Mai TT is at loggerheads with Patricia Jeke, who is also known as Patricia Jack, accusing her of cyber bullying her and leaking her daughter’s nude photos.
The matter is still pending.
