Zimbabwean TV personality Vimbai Mutinhiri has joined the likes of Kaizer Chiefs star Tsepo Masilela, Springboks rugby player Francois Hougaard and Carte Blanche presenter Derek Watts as an ambassador of Legacy Lifestyle.
Legacy Lifestyle on Monday announced Mutinhiri as its latest brand ambassador joining a handful of other celebrities who are the faces of the company which owns Da Vinci Hotel (Johannesburg), Wheatbaker Hotel (Lagos), Labadi Beach Hotel (Accra) and Monomotapa Hotel (Harare) among many other interests.
Mutinhirias selection for the role is hardly surprising, as she has cemented her place as one of the most recognisable faces on African TV in the first half of the year.
Last year, Mutinhiri partnered with the South African Airways (SAA), striking a deal that saw episodes of her called Miss Vimbai Travels, beamed on the airlineras domestic flights.
a?It has been a labour of love cultivating a brand that can be aligned with Africaas most prestigious institutions a and this relationship speaks directly to those synergies,a? she said in a post celebrating her latest achievement.
Due to her documented globetrotting nature, Mutinhiri was in 2015 named the new face of travel by Mania Magazine, as she has acquired a reputation as one of the most well travelled stars on the African continent.
a?I am humbled to be a face of one of Africaas leading luxury lifestyle brands.
Dear African child, focus on your vision and never compromise no matter what anyone else is doing around you a stay true to you,a? said the Kwese Sports host. . .
