Attain economic independence, women urged

from participating in the mainstream economy, author Ms Faith Ntabeni-Bhebhe has said.
Launching her book, “Financial Independence – Women Ultimate Empowerment” in Harare this week, she said women should focus on economically liberating themselves since everything in the world revolved around women.
“Women need to change the mindset that they can never be financially independent. It’s time to let the world see that women are the cornerstone of every prospering economy in any country,” she said.
In her book, she said regardless of social standing, situations and circumstances all women require financial freedom. She added that with the right information and attitude women have the capacity and ability to attain financial freedom, as a proponent of women’s financial emancipation.
Ms Ntabeni-Bhebe also gives an insight into the art of managing finances and emphasises that there is a need for all women to control and grow their finances.
