Auditors conference to be held in Vic Falls

THE Institute of Internal Auditors Zimbabwe (IIA) will this month hold its annual conference in Victoria Falls.
In a statement, IIA said the 2013 annual conference from 19 to 21 September would run under the theme, “Driving Change and Delivering Results: A Challenge for Internal Auditors.”

The conference is targeting internal auditors, chief executive officers, finance directors and board committee members.
A number of topics focusing on governance, compliance and ethics, emerging trends and relevant resources as well as strengthening accountability in the public sector among others would be discussed.

Speakers lined up for the business event include the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration of Zimbabwe chief executive officer Mr Farai Musamba, and renowned marketer Mr Douglas Mamvura.
