Axed Harare City Council human capital and development director Mr Cainos Chingombe is set to bounce back at Town House after the labour court ruled that his contract was unlawfully terminated.
Mr Chingombe was suspended in 2017, before being reinstated in November last year and subsequently fired a few months later.
The loss of a labour case by the local authority against Mr Chingombe has once again exposed how the council is losing huge sums of money in labour disputes.
Six out of eight council directors are on suspensions and a host of other middle managers.
