“Yes, we are always fighting and it is because of the differences we are having in our relationship. Although we are fighting but I am against his idea of moving out since we have a minor child together,” responded Dube.

In his ruling the presiding magistrate Tinashe Tashaya ordered both parties not to verbally, physically and emotionally abuse each other.

He passed the judgment after the parties had refused to go for counselling citing irreconcilable differences.
