Barcelona women lose to Levante, ending 46-match unbeaten league run

Barcelona women lost for the first time in 46 Liga F games on Saturday, suffering a shock 2-1 defeat at home by lowly Levante.
Barca, who thrashed Real Madrid 5-0 in the Super Cup last Sunday, crashed to their first league loss since May 2023.
Levante took the lead in the 50th-minute with Maria Alharilla’s thunderous strike and doubled their advantage in stoppage time through Ivonne Chacon. Barcelona pulled one back through Fridolina Rolfo a minute later but it was too late.
