THE Bulawayo Basketball League action resumes tomorrow at Northlea High School after a mid-season break. After a very competitive first half, Highlanders, Kings, Unicorns and Giants which are the top four teams battle it out for the championship in the final stretch of the season.
Log leaders Highlanders will resume their title chase with a match against Unicorns while Southern Mavericks take on Kings.
Lords will clash with Giants while Milton will lock horns with ALCC.
In the women’s category, Stars will take on Lakers while Highlanders play Southern Mavericks. Newly elected secretary general Howard Phangwana who replaced Sikhumbuzo Ndlovu as the BBA secretary general after Ndlovu was elevated to the national Basketball Union of Zimbabwe executive, said they were looking forward to a an even better second half.
“We are looking forward to a good second half given the fact that the first half was very lively,” he said.
