Battle for life after buffalo attacks

VICTORIA FALLS. – Fourteen-year-old Brendon Nkomazana is battling for his life at Mpilo Central Hospital in Bulawayo after he was gored by a wounded buffalo in Victoria Falls. Reports say that the attack occurred when he was fetching firewood with his sister, Vanessa and four of their neighbors. Brendon reportedly sustained injuries under the left ear as the buffalo’s horn narrowly missed his throat. – The Chronicle
