Beer drinking spree turns tragic

POLICE in Kadoma have launched a manhunt for a man who fatally stabbed his drinking partners following a misunderstanding.

Nkosiyazi Moyo (39) reportedly stabbed Jabuliswa Moyo (35) with an okapi knife and he died on the spot.

The two had spent the better part of the day drinking together.

National Police Spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner Pau; Nyathi confirmed the incident.

“Police in Kadoma are appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of Nkosiyazi Moyo (39) who is being sought in connection with a case of murder in which the victim, Jabuliswa Moyo (35) died after being stabbed on the head and hand with an okapi knife after an argument over an unknown issue during a beer drinking spree at Vancop Mine Compound Battlefields, Kadoma on 02 April 2023. Anyone with information to report at any nearest Police Station,” said Ass Comm Nyathi.
