BANGALORE’S NEW BULLET! Zimbabwe’s fast-bowling machine, Blessing Muzarabani, has landed a dream gig, joining Indian Premier League (IPL) titans Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) ahead of the playoffs!
The towering seamer becomes the latest Chevrons star to break into the world’s biggest cricket league, replacing South Africa’s Lungi Ngidi, who is heading home for World Test Championship duties.
RCB dropped the scoop on Monday morning, setting social media ablaze and putting Zimbabwean cricket back in the spotlight.
This marks Muzarabani’s official IPL debut, which is a massive step up from his 2022 stint as a net bowler with Lucknow Super Giants, under the same mentor, Andy Flower, who clearly never forgot his potential.
The move has sent Zimbabwean fans into a frenzy.
Known for his intimidating height and ability to hit the deck hard, the 27-year-old speedster will now rub shoulders with cricket royalty.
Could Muzarabani be RCB’s X-factor in the knockouts?
