AN over possessive Bishopaï¿½ï¿½s wife is reportedly on the verge of closing or turning her husbandaï¿½ï¿½s church into a male aï¿½?ONLYaï¿½? church as she constantly fights with female congregants accusing them of having affairs with her husband.

Ntombikayise Dube, wife of the Angels of God Apostolic founder Bishop Mkhwananzi shocked congregants when she applied for a peace order against a congregant, Bonakele Ncube, whom she suspected was having an affair with her husband.

This was after Dube exchanged blows with Ncube during a church conference in Esigodini.

In her affidavit, Dube stated that she was in desperate need of a peace order against Ncube, her churchmate, as she was violent towards her.

aï¿½?I want a peace order against Ncube as she bit my finger during a church conference and is now a threat to my life.

aï¿½?Ncube should stay away from me,aï¿½? said Dube.

In her response Ncube professed ignorance over the issue stating that the Bishopaï¿½ï¿½s wife was just possessive and insecure thus leading her to fight with most female congregants resulting in some leaving the church.

aï¿½?I am a married woman and there is no way I can have an affair with Bishop Mkhwananzi. The problem is that Dube listens to rumours a lot.

aï¿½?She always fights with female congregants accusing them of being in love with her husband and as a result some are no longer coming to church,aï¿½? said Ncube.

Presiding magistrate Stephen Ndlovu granted the peace order in favour of Dube and ordered the two women to keep peace towards each other and stay away from each other for a period of 12 months.
