Gospel Acapella group, Bliss Zimbabwe is set to launch its second album called Anouya at Courtauld theatre tomorrow.

The album has 12 songs, some of which are Nzira Yekumusha, Chinyarara, Tasvika kumusha and Thirst no more.

Speaking in an interview, the group’s representative and composer, Tonderai Sengai said Bliss Zimbabwe’s main thrust lies in spreading the gospel through music adding that this new album serves as a reminder about the second coming of Jesus to the world in general and Christians in particular.

“The album is about the second coming of Christ; take for instance the song Anouya. In this song people are being reminded of the necessity of living a Christ-like life so that they are not found wanting in the event of Christ coming back. The song Chinyarara is an assurance to people that Christ is always present in our lives despite any tribulations that may be faced along the way,” he said.

Bliss Zimbabwe is a twelve member band based in Mutare which started the journey in the music industry in 2011. In the album Anouya, the group managed to collaborate with other groups like Shower Power and Stand as well South African based artiste, Clifford ‘Riffi’ Machingaifa.
