Thornton Camelsa Chartered Accountants will present his first report.
BRI and subsidiaries, Blue Ribbon Foods, JA Mitchell and Nutresco were placed under the court ruled reconstruction in September this year to allow the resuscitation of the companies.
In a statement, Mr Saruchera said: “If you are owed money by BRI and its subsidiaries for any reason whatsoever, please contact our offices so that you can collect and complete proof of claim form. The proof of claim is also available via electronic mail upon request.
“You will be required to complete these forms in duplicate and lodge them with the Master of High Court at least 48 hours before the creditors meeting. In other words your claim form must be lodged with the Master of High Court by Friday, November 23 before the meeting scheduled on the following Wednesday, November 28.”
Mr Saruchera said a duly appointed creditors’ representative would be required to attend the meeting and failure to do so would result in the claim rejected.
