Bon Vie offers comprehensive wellness and prevention programmes to corporates, members and an in-built prevention and wellness benefit available across all plan options. Bon Vie has developed and introduced fully fledged wellness events for corporates and fitness classes for members which stand for our belief — “For your well-being”.
Before the lockdown FREE fitness sessions were hosted for Bon Vie Medical Aid Scheme members in Harare, Bulawayo, Masvingo and Gweru. The scheme is working to safely resume classes as well as add other towns on board within the next few months as fitness is our core wellness prescription for members.
Bon Vie believes in creating an effective health delivery system across the lives of members. There is an increasing burden of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), which has now become the leading cause of death globally and this is affecting employers, employees and their families. Most of these diseases are a result of some modifiable lifestyle risk factors. Factors such as unhealthy eating, physical inactivity, smoking and alcohol intake are main causes of NCDs.

Bon Vie Classic package
The flagship Bon Vie Classic package is premised on a risk pooling of resources by members.
Composed of 5 comprehensive medical aid plans that cover different levels of members. Ideal for both corporate and individual payer.
Self-funded package
Created for corporates that elect to assume the potential benefits and risks of a ring-fenced fund for their employees and dependents.
Partially self-funded package
Ideal for corporate payers that decide to share risk with Bon Vie taking a greater portion (in-hospitalisation cost).
Bon Vie Platinum package
Domiciled in USD, Platinum plan options have enhanced medical aid benefits at stable monthly premiums covering different categories of members.
The major consideration is on the ability of members to get full cover from Service Providers within a preferred network.
Bon Vie Gold package
This option entails merging elements of the traditional Classic and Platinum packages as a solution that ensures greater coverage to member, reduced shortfalls and co-payments. Gold plans follow Platinum plans in terms of scope of coverage but differs on the quantum and currency of benefits and contributions respectively.
MedAccess package
A micro-medical aid plan targeting the previously exposed, vulnerable and uninsured. These are largely the informal sector and those who are cost sensitive.
