Botswana musician Slizer One Tym to attend Magwaza album launch

Award-winning Tshibilika musician Clement Magwaza is preparing to unveil a new album at a launch event scheduled for October 31 in Bulawayo.

The event will be coordinated by popular entertainment personality DJ Mapressa, with details of the album title expected to be revealed closer to the launch date.
Adding regional flair to the occasion, Botswana’s celebrated Kwasa Kwasa artiste Slizer One Tym has been confirmed as the guest of honour.
The upcoming release follows the success of Magwaza’s 2025 album, Indoda YiUmbrella, a project that further strengthened his standing as one of the leading ambassadors of Tshibilika music.
Widely regarded as one of Matabeleland’s most popular performers, Magwaza has built a loyal following through his energetic fusion of Tshibilika and Rhumba sounds.
