VICE-President Retired General Dr Constantino Chiwenga has arrived in Old Pumula, Bulawayo, to console his wife, Colonel Miniyothabo Baloyi-Chiwenga, following the death of her brother, Mondliwethu Nyathi.
Nyathi, who was born on July 24, 1984, died on Wednesday at Mpilo Central Hospital after a long illness.
He will be buried on Monday at Umvutshwa Cemetery in Bulawayo.
The Vice-President spent time consoling the Nyathi and Baloyi families and is expected to remain in Bulawayo for the burial.
Col Baloyi-Chiwenga was accompanied by her husband during the visit.
