Boxers for Zvishavane National Amateur Championships

LOBENGULA Boxing Club boss Anderson Sibanda says he will take two boxers to make their debut at the Zimbabwe Boxing Federation National Championships in Zvishavane on Saturday.

The event will bring boxers from all corners of Zimbabwe who will be vying for selection.

“I have two female candidates who will enter the ring for the first time but the other five boxers that I am taking along are experienced,” said Sibanda.

The veterans of the club are Prosper Mutano, Tafadzwa Nkiwane who is in the national team, Emmanuel Mlotshwa, Mduduzi Ndlovu a junior with 30 wins and one loss and Proud Phiri.

Sibanda is hopeful that his boxers will give a good account of themselves.
