A WOMAN accused her boyfriend of bringing multiple sex partners into their home and leaving used condoms all over their bed.
Pamela Juka told magistrate Judith Taruvinga that Paradzai Nyatsange is in the habit of assaulting her whenever she confronts him over the issue.
Pamela was granted a protection order after convincing the court that she is being harassed by her cheating boyfriend.
“He moved in with me a few weeks after we started dating early this year.
“I was surprised to find used condoms on our bed and when I asked him he denied bringing other girlfriends into my house.
“This has happened on a number of occasions and each time l confront him he assaults me,” said Pamela.
She claimed some of the women even use her undergarments.
“Sometimes the women he brings to my house insult me by calling me a prostitute.
“Some of my undergarments have gone missing over the past few months and the same women threaten to use them for juju,” she said.
Paradzai claimed she was the one seeing other men.
“I caught messages in her phone and that is what triggered our misunderstanding.
“She is not faithful to me and that is why I assault her and bring girlfriends over to the house.
“I can’t leave her because I have nowhere else to go and l can’t stay without a woman.
“If she evicts me l am going straight into the streets,” he said.
Magistrate Taruvinga warned Paradzei against bringing girlfriends to their home.
