THE Bulawayo Pool Association (BPA) Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday at Raylton Sports Club where 32 clubs’ representatives will converge to plan for the forthcoming 2019 season.
“The meeting will be all about planning for our 2019 season, registration of players by clubs and coming out with a detailed programme for our 2019 events,” said BPA secretary general Tapiwa Sikwila.
He said the 2019 BPA season is expected to start on 9 February and the fixtures for both Premier and Division One clubs should be ready by 3 February.
“Our league programme should start on the second week of February and as such our detailed fixtures for both Premier and Division One clubs should be ready by 3 February. An update will be made on our official social media groups by Wednesday,” said Sikwila.
Last season, seasoned campaigners Kings Pool Club were crowned champions in the Premier League category while Metropolis Pool Club and Legacy Pool Club got the better of all other competitors in the Division One A and Division One B categories.
